This week marks our 25th anniversary of providing advice so we can all make a difference across the built environment. We would like to thank you all for your continued support and trust over the years to work on interesting and challenging projects. We look forward to the next 25 years of continuing to help the industry by providing practical advice on delivering holistic energy and sustainability improvements.
Richard and Wendy Hodkinson founded the company in 1999 and set out improving development’s energy and sustainability performance. After 22 years they wound down their involvement selling the business to the employees and retired in December 2022. For several years we have been achieving and maintaining a Gold standard in Investors in People and have several team members who have worked with us for over 10 years. This includes our MD, Donald, who started at the company as a graduate.
We look forward to providing sustainability advice, to existing and new clients, covering all development projects for at least the next 25 years. Our growing range of energy and sustainability services cover the entire development cycle ensuring we continue to be able to provide insightful, and straightforward advice.
