Kate is passionate about making buildings work better for the people who live and work in them, as well as improving the overall sustainability of the built environment. She is an expert in building performance evaluation and provides bespoke strategies to quantify the energy and environmental performance of buildings in-use. With an MSc in Environmental Design of Buildings, Kate helps clients meet the sustainability targets required for their developments smoothly and cost-effectively.
Kate joined the company in 2014 as an experienced BREEAM assessor and has since worked on many projects as BREEAM AP. She now focusses on façade performance analysis, dynamic overheating assessment, daylight and sunlight analysis and post occupancy evaluation. She is a Chartered Engineer, a Chartered Scientist and a WELL AP.
