Zoë specialises in developing and delivering sustainability strategies for both residential and commercial developments. She is particularly interested in the role of planning in delivering high-quality developments.
She focuses on preparing sustainability strategies at the planning application stage for a wide range of development sizes to ensure that schemes are policy compliant whilst also incorporating innovative sustainability measures. She strongly believes that it is important to consider how developments can improve the health and wellbeing of an area and undertakes Health Impact Assessments to ensure this is prioritised.
Zoë is an experienced BREEAM Assessor and has worked on a range of new build and refurbishment projects around the UK to ensure a cost-effective, sustainable strategy is delivered.
Zoë joined Hodkinson Consultancy in 2016 and is now Head of Projects, using her strong project management skills to ensure the successful delivery of projects for both our clients and the company. She is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and a Practitioner Member of the Institute of Environmental Management.
