Our Work: Energy Statement, sustainability statement & sunlight/daylight for planning

We developed a cost-efficient energy strategy which maximised fabric efficiency measures. This contributed toward a development which far exceeded Part L (2013) minimum requirements. This allowed us to reduce the PV installation specified to the roof space in order to meet the Guildford planning targets. Our proactivity and clear communication with the design team was a crucial part in the delivery of a successful strategy.
