Our BREEAM Accredited Professional assessor put in place a cost-effective route to achieve the required Very Good rating. We assisted in the specification of water saving sanitaryware, the installation of energy efficient equipment and ensured the lighting in the unit was zoned appropriately for the building users. We encouraged an initial walk around the unit prior to any fit out works and a workshop with the design team ensured that the whole team understood the requirements and the evidence required to confirm compliance. An energy performance certificate (EPC) rating of 22 was also achieved, this is the equivalent to an A rating.
