We offer tailor made services to help secure BREEAM credits. These services are a great way to help design teams secure the required BREEAM rating. They play an important role in improving the overall build quality and improving the internal environment for occupants.
We have been accredited BREEAM assessors since 2006 and have completed nearly 200 certifications.
Our BREEAM Accredited Professionals are able to provide high value expert advice on sustainability and environmental design. We will collate and gather all relevant BREEAM information and ensure the design achieves its BREEAM rating. We can include this service as part of our BREEAM assessment or we can act as an Accredited Professional as a standalone service.
Comfortable and healthy environments for occupants can be assured using the work of our in-house computer modellers. They have a broad knowledge of energy, daylighting and overheating requirements and can produce fully compliant thermal models and carry out full dynamic thermal modelling and analysis.
