Lock in BREEAM Fees Before They Rise

The BRE have announced an increase in BREEAM fees for all projects registered on or after 1^st July 2022. This will affect all aspects of the BREEAM process including registration, certification and fast track certification, as set out below.

• BREEAM UK New Construction and UK Non-Domestic Refurbishment and Fit Out: The fee for an assessment registration is increasing from £265 to £300. The fees for certification are increasing by 8% (depending on project scope);
• BREEAM Domestic Refurbishment:  The assessment registration has been increased from £120 to £150. No changes have been made to fees for this scheme.
• Home Quality Mark: The fee for assessment registration is increasing from £120 to £150. A small increase to certification fees has also been applied.
• Fast Track Quality Assurance audit has increased in price, this is now £1,055 per assessment (3 x QA submissions) and a new 24 hour Fast Track Quality Assurance audit has been created, this is £595 per assessment (1 x QA submission).
