Chris has over 20 years’ experience as a sustainability professional covering all aspects of the built environment and is a Chartered Environmentalist. He has worked in a variety of environmental consultancy and regulatory roles and has a wide ranging and extensive knowledge of sustainability-related topics, including sustainability certification (especially BREEAM), indoor environmental quality, ESG strategy and reporting, contaminated land, and environmental protection/pollution control. He is passionate about using his technical knowledge to help assets to be designed, constructed and operated as sustainably as possible.

Chris joined Hodkinson Consultancy in September 2024 to add his experience across all services with a particular focus on infrastructure projects and building performance evaluation.
