Daniel has a particular interest in optimising energy performance in the built environment and improving fabric performance. His experiences cover a range of development types, for which he can advise on a number of measures related to Building Regulations and industry standards.

Daniel joined Hodkinson Consultancy in 2019 as a Graduate Energy Specialist, following the completion of a degree in Mechanical Engineering. His role includes conducting domestic and non-domestic energy assessments and preparing energy related technical notes. Daniel is involved in thermal façade analysis, working actively with design teams to evaluate thermal bridging, u-value performance and condensation risk.
