Luke joined Hodkinson in 2023 as a Specialist, bringing a deep understanding of building contracts, costs and environmental management to his role. With a Postgraduate Diploma in Land Surveying/Land and Environmental Management, he is passionate about promoting sustainable building practices and ensuring that the developments he works on are environmentally conscious and aligned with both embodied carbon and circular economy principles.

At Hodkinsons, he collaborates with design teams on Circular Economy Statements and Whole Life Cycle Assessments, helping to drive resource efficiency and minimise environmental impacts throughout the project life cycle.

He is actively working towards gaining chartered status with CIOB in the near future.
