Zeta is a highly skilled Environmental Specialist with a strong focus on developing practical solutions to address circular economy challenges and minimise the environmental impact of buildings. She specialises in conducting Whole Life Cycle Assessments for both regulatory compliance and BREEAM certification, collaborating with design teams to enhance sustainability across projects. Her expertise in LCAs helps ensure that buildings meet rigorous environmental standards, optimising performance while reducing resource use. Zeta’s leadership in sustainability is further demonstrated through her active participation in UKGBC task forces and working groups, where she contributes to shaping sustainable practices within the built environment.

In addition to her work on LCAs, Zeta is an experienced BREEAM Accredited Professional. She has worked on a wide range of projects across London, including major developments like HS2 and Meridian Water, where she serves as a CEEQUAL Consultant. Her thorough understanding of BREEAM and CEEQUAL enables her to identify cost-saving opportunities, maximise credit scores, and ensure clients meet the required ratings.

Since joining Hodkinson Consultancy in 2014 with a master’s degree in Environmental Consultancy, Zeta now manages a team of staff, overseeing their development to ensure the delivery of high-quality environmental solutions and to support their personal growth. Zeta is a Full Member and Chartered Environmentalist with the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA).
