Winner of the 2011 Housing Design Award, the scheme is located in the London Borough of Islington and consists of 146 new homes – which includes 115 for private sale and 31 affordable homes.

The flats are built on the previously vacant south side of a Victorian square in north London. The scheme also involved constructing a concrete deck above the Underground railway line that runs through the south side of the square, which allowed the existing park to be extended, thus improving the environmental value of the site.
