Our track record equips us to respond to challenging situations

Green Park House has been developed using classic Bath Stone, and built using Georgian architecture which is sympathetic to its surroundings and a nod to its history. It consists of 461 rooms for students attending Bath Spa University in a mixture of cluster rooms, studios and two bed student rooms with communal facilities, management suite facilities and a café. The development was made as energy efficient as possible through the use of mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, the installation of photovoltaic panels and a highly efficient building fabric. A total of 128 safe and secure cycle spaces were also installed in a dedicated cycle store and car parking spaces were also minimised to encourage students to use public transport.
